How to fill the IBPS Clerk Application Form?
Candidates need to fill the information correctly in the IBPS application form and the steps are given below:
- IBPS Application Form will be available on the official website of IBPS.
- There will be fields in the application form where applicants will be required to fill all the fundamental information such as their name, age, address and the registered email Id and the contact number.
- Except that, there will be fields where candidates will be required to upload the recent scanned photo and signature in the application form.
- Before the IBPS application form is submitted, candidates need to make the payment of the application fee through the online mode.

Details about the scanned photo and signature
Applicants need to upload the scanned photo and signature in the given in IBPS clerk application form. In the points given below, applicants can read all the details about the scanned photo and signature format:
- The Dimension of the photo must be 200 x 230 pixels.
- The size of the file should be between 20kb–50kb.
- The file should be in the jpg format.
- The Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture with formal wear and without sunglasses.
- Candidates need to have their signature on a white paper with Black Ink pen.
- The dimension of the signature file should be 140 x 60 pixels.
- The size of the file of the signature should be between 10kb-20kb.
Details of the application fee
Candidates will have to pay the application fee besides filling the information and uploading the application fee. Here are the details:
- The application fee for all the candidates who belong to the General category will be Rs. 600.
- Applicants, who belong to the reserved category, will pay an application fee of Rs. 100.
- Candidates can make the payment of the application fee through the Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing details as asked on the screen.
- On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
- Candidates are required to take the printout of the e-receipt and online application form.
- Candidates need to note that if the e-receipt has not been generated, the online transaction may not have been successful.
