SSC CGL Admit Card: The conducting body i.e. Staff Selection Commission will organize the SSC CGL exam most probably in between 4^th week of July to 3^rd week of August for tier- 1. Candidates who will be appearing in the SSC CGL exam can obtain their SSC CGL admit card for tier I from 3rd week of July. The commission will conduct the tier 2 for SSC CGL exam in the month of November (tentatively) and will issue CGL Tier-2 exam admit card to only those applicants who clear the SSC CGL Tier-1 exam.

How to Download the SSC CGL Admit Card?

Candidates should follow the below instructions carefully to download their SSC CGL Admit Card:

• First of all, candidates should visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in according to their region.
• Click on the “Candidates Alert” link available at the home page.
• After clicking the link, candidate will be redirected to the new page. Here, you need to look for the link stating “Download Admit Card” and click on it when you got it.
• Enter your name, Date of Birth and Registration Number in the given fields.
• After filling all the necessary details, your admit card of SSC CGL exam will be appeared on the screen.
• Admit card will be displayed in a pdf file. Download the same file and open it.
• The admit card comprises candidate’s roll number, Name and Date of birth, exam date and time, examination center along with its address and other instructions related to exam.
• Applicants are needed to bring the admit card while appearing in the exam center. Candidates, without a valid admit card will not be permitted to write in the test by the authority.

Important details about SSC CGL Admit Card

• The conducting authority i.e. SSC will not send admit card via post, or email. Admit cards will be obtainable though online only from the official portal of SSC.
• The commission will issue admit cards for the SSC CGL Tier-1 exam as well as the SSC CGL Tier-2 exam.
• If any applicant is unable to download his/her admit card / call letter, he/she should instantly contact the concerned regional / sub regional office of the commission with details such as transaction id, registration id, copy of challan etc.
• The admit card of SSC CGL exam will consist of important information such as candidate name, category, exam code, exam name, exam centre address , schedule of the exam, Photo, etc.
• Candidates must bring the admit card along with one original Identity Proof such as Voter ID Card, Driving License, and Aadhar Card etc while coming to the examination center.
