The Vinayaka Mission University (VMU) will provide admission to its different courses through VMUEEE 2022. In this admission process, the university will not conduct any entrance exam. Admissions will be provided on the basis of qualifying examination merit. Interested candidates who are looking to apply must make sure that they are eligible. VMUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2022

It is the duty of candidates to ensure that they are eligible before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria for various courses are as follows.

For Engineering and Technology Course:

• Candidates must have cleared their class 12th or equivalent exam with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject.
• Those candidates who have passed H.Sc. (Technical Vocational Subject) in a subject related to the engineering such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible.
• Applicants having a diploma in Engineering and Technology are also eligible for admission.
• Please note that it is mandatory to have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate of subjects mentioned above.
• Aspirants who belong to reserve categories are required only 40% marks in aggregate of these subjects.

For Pharmacy Course:

• Applicants should have passed 12th class or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics/ Biology with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks (35% for SC/ ST Candidates).
• Candidates must have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2022.

For Architecture Course

• In order to get admission to B. Arch. Course, Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.  45% marks are required for applicants from reserved categories.
• Candidates having a diploma recognized by the Central/ State Governments or B.Sc with Mathematics or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates) are also eligible.
• All candidates must have cleared NATA examination conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

VMUEEE 2022 Application Form 

The application form VMUEEE 2022 will release in offline medium only. Those who wish to apply may download the official application form from the website of the university. Details regarding the application process are explained below.

• The first thing, you need to do in order to begin the application process is downloading the application form.
• After downloading an application form, you are required to fill in your complete educational, personal, and contact details.
• The details entered in the application form must be accurate. Otherwise, the university may reject your candidature.
• Application forms must be filled by candidates in their own handwriting.
• You must fill all columns in the English language using capital letters only.
• Make sure you do not leave any blank column.
• A candidate should fill only one application form even he/ she is applying for multiple courses.
• The duly filled application form must be accompanied by attested copies of the following documents.
  • Mark sheet of the qualifying Examinations
  • Proof of Date of Birth
  • Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate issued from the institution last studied

Application Fee

The application fee is different for various courses as given below.

• B. Tech: Rs. 700/-
• B. Pharma: Rs. 1000/-
• B. Arch: Rs. 700/-

VMUEEE 2022 Admit Card

• The university will invite candidates for the interview by releasing admit cards.
• In order to download admit cards or call letters, candidates have to provide their registration details on the official website.
• Information related to the examination date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the admit card.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the interview without an admit card.

VMUEEE 2022 Interview

• Those candidates who will fill and submit the application form before the last date will be allowed to take part in the interview round.
• All candidates have to reach the interview centre as per the pre-defined schedule.
• During the interview, the admission committee will decide if a candidate is suitable for admission or not.
• Questions related to academic and non-academic topics will be asked during the interview.

Result and Cut-off

• Once the interview process gets completed, the university will release results in online mode.
• Those candidates who will secure more than cut off marks will be declared successful.
• Apart from the result, the university will also publish a merit list of candidates shortlisted for admission.
• Relaxations in the cut-off marks will be given to the candidates of reserved categories as per the rules.

VMUEEE 2022 Counselling

• Those successful candidates, who will get their names on the merit list will be invited to take part in the counselling process.
• During the counselling process, candidates will be asked to provide the choice of the branch of engineering that they want to study.
• The university will also verify documents of candidates at the time of counselling.
• Candidates must carry the following original documents at the time of admission.
  • Provisional allotment letter generated on-line by DGHS / Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India (For NEET based courses)
  •  NEET (PG) Admit Card issued by NBE, New Delhi (For NEET based courses)
  •  NEET (UG) Result / Rank letter issued by NTA, New Delhi (For NEET based courses)
  •  AIAPGET (PG) Admit, Result/Rank letter issued by the NTA, New Delhi (For NEET based courses)

Question – 1: In which mode the application form for VMUEEE 2022 will release?

Answer: The application form will release in online mode only.

Question – 2: Will there be an entrance exam in order to shortlist candidates for admission to Vinayaka Mission University?

Answer: No, admissions will be offered based on the qualifying examination merit list. Admissions to medical courses will be offered on the basis of NEET scores. In the same manner, admission to architecture colleges will be provided based on the NATA score.

Question – 3: If I don’t clear the interview. Will I get my application fee refunded?

Answer: No, the application fee once submitted will never be refunded.

Question – 4: I am a foreign national candidate. What documents do I need to carry at the time of the counselling? 

Answer: The foreign national candidates must carry the following documents at the time of admission.

• Relationship Certificate including First Degree Relationship.
• In the case of Sponsorship, Sponsorship Affidavit (legalized/notarized) from the sponsored clearly stating the declaration for sponsoring the entire fee for the whole course.
•  Documents in respect of the sponsored being NRI.
•  Sponsor’s Passport/VISA/Resident VISA
•  Citizenship of the candidate if holding OCI/PIO document
•  Income Tax Documents required as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 of the sponsored
•  If the qualifying examination is other than that conducted in India, candidates should submit the following additional information.
  • 1. Equivalence Certificate obtained from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi on or before the Date of Admission.
  • 2. 12th Grade Transcript
  • 3. 12th Pass Certificate (in case of CBSE or ISCE) or High School Certificate
