Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) is the authority that will release the official notification for Mizoram TET 2022. This exam is conducted with the aim to determine the eligibility of candidates who are looking to apply for the post of primary teacher and upper primary teacher in the state of Mizoram. Mizoram TET Eligibility Criteria 2022
The eligibility criteria for Mizoram TET 2022 examination are given below. It is necessary for all candidates to make sure that meet the following norms before filling the application.
For Primary School Teacher (For becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage)
- 10+2 or equivalent pass with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. Or
- 10+2 or equivalent pass with a minimum of 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE. Or
- Class 12th or equivalent pass with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Or
- 10+2 or equivalent pass with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or
- Completed graduation or appearing in the final year of two year diploma in elementary education. Or
- Aspirants must have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V. However, such candidates have to undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two years of such appointment as a primary teacher.
For Middle School Teacher (For becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Middle Stage)
- Graduation with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Or
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Or
- Graduation or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE regulation issued from time to time. Or
- 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Or
- 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Or
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in B.Ed. (Special Education)
Mizoram TET 2022 Application Form
The application form for Mizoram TET 2022 has been released in offline mode only. Those who want to apply need to download and take a printout of the application form that will be available on the official website. The process of application form submission is given below.
- First of all, candidates have to visit the official website and download the application form.
- Next, aspirants are required to take a printout of the application form download.
- In the next step, candidates are required to fill in their complete educational, personal, and contact details.
- The details entered in the application form should be correct. Authorities may reject the incorrect or incomplete application form without giving any reason.
- Along with the details, candidates have to affix their passport size photograph on the application form. The photograph should be duly attested by Gazetted officers.
- Candidates must submit the application form before the last date.
- It is advised that candidates should keep a copy of the application form submitted for future references.

Mizoram TET 2022 Admit card
- Those candidates who will fill and submit the application form before the last date will be able to download the admit card through the official website.
- To download an admit card, candidates have to provide their registration details.
- An admit card consist of important information like, examination date, timing, examination venue, etc.
- In case of any discrepancy with the admit card, candidates should contact MBSE immediately.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination venue without an admit card. Along with an admit card, candidates also need to carry a Photo ID proof at the time of the examination.

Mizoram TET 2022 Result
- Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to check their result online.
- To check the result, aspirants have to visit the official website and provide their roll numbers and other registration details.
- Information about the marks secured by candidates in the exam will be mentioned on the result card.
- A candidate needs to score at least 55% or more in order to clear the MTET examination.
Certificate
- Those candidates who will secure more than or equal 55% marks in the Mizoram TET examination will get eligibility certificates.
- The validity of these certificates will be lifetime. Please note that these certificates used to be valid for 7 years.
- Having a Mizoram TET validity certificate is mandatory to apply for the post of primary and upper primary level teachers in the state of Mizoram.
