Tripura TET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates who want to apply for Tripura TET 2022 examination must ensure that they meet the following eligibility criteria.
For Tripura TET Paper I (For persons intended to be a teacher of Classes 1st to 5th)
Aspirants must have any one of the following educational qualifications.
- 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and 2 year diploma in elementary education. Or
- 10+2 or equivalent with at least 45% marks and 2 year diploma in elementary education in accordance with NCTE regulations. Or
- Class 12th or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.). Or
- 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and 2 year diploma in education (special education). Or
- Graduation and 2 years diploma in elementary education. Or
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). Aspirants who have completed B. Ed. from any NCTE recognized institute with a minimum of 50% marks in graduation will be considered to work as a teacher in class 1st to 5th. However, such candidates need to undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE, within two years of such appointment as primary teacher.
Note: Relaxations of up to 5% marks in the qualifying exam will be given to the candidates from SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
For Tripura TET Paper II (For persons intended to be a teacher of Classes 6th to 8th)
Candidates should have any one of the following educational qualifications in order to apply.
- Graduation from a recognized institute/ university with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. Or
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute/ university with a minimum of 50% marks along with Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.). Or
- Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
- 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.). Or
- 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A. / B. Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed / B. Sc. Ed. Or
- Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks and a Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education) degree.
Note: Relaxations of up to 5% marks in the qualifying exam will be given to the candidates from SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
Tripura TET Application Form 2022
The application process of Tripura TET 2022 will take place in online mode only. Those who want to apply need to visit the official website trbonline.tripura.gov.in in order to apply. The complete process of application form submission is given below.
- To begin the process of application form submission, aspirants have to register on the official website.
- At the time of registration, candidates have to provide their basic details including Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of birth, Password, etc.
- Once registered, candidates need to login and access the main application form.
- In the main application form, aspirants are required to provide their completed educational, personal, and contact details.
- The details entered in the application form should be accurate. Otherwise, the application form will get rejected.
- Along with the details, it is also compulsory for all candidates to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature.
- After submitting the application form, candidates have to pay the required application fee.
- It is recommended that aspirants must take a printout of the application form submitted and fee receipt for future requirements.

Admit Card
- The exam authority will release admit cards only for those candidates who will fill and submit the application form before the last date.
- To download an admit card, aspirants have to provide their Email ID/ Registration ID/ User ID and password.
- Information related to the examination date, timing, and venue address will be mentioned on the admit card.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to carry a printout of the admit card along with one photo ID proof at the examination centre.

Answer Key
- Tentative answer keys will be displayed on the official website of TRBT after the commencement of the examination.
- In case any candidate is not satisfied with the answer key then he/ she can submit his/her challenge in the prescribed format along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura.
- After considering the challenges received, the board will release final answer keys on the official website.
Result
- The board will publish results and OMR answer sheets on the official website.
- The result card will contain information about subject-wise and total marks secured by candidates in the exam.
- Those candidates who will secure 60% i.e. 90 marks out of 150 will be considered pass (55% i.e. 83 marks out of 150 for SC/ ST/ PH candidates).
- Successful candidates then have to get their documents verified and get T-TET certificates.
