The Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is a national-level entrance exam organized by National Testing Agency (NTA). Previously, the CUET was known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). It is a computer-based speed test organized in 13 different languages.
It is a gateway for the candidates seeking admission to various UG &PG courses offered at 44 central universities (CUs) such as JNU, DU, EFLU, JMI, the University of Allahabad, and any other participating universities across the country.

CUET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for CUET for UG & PG courses may vary for different universities. Candidates must satisfy the required eligibility criteria before applying for CUET Exam. Aspirants can check some important details on CUET eligibility criteria for UG & PG courses from the table below.

CUET Application Form 2024
The National Testing Agency will release the application through online mode only. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility norms and important instructions before applying for the exam.
To fill out the application form, candidates need to visit the official website link.
First, complete the registration process by entering basic details like name, email id, contact number, program applied for, and DOB.
After the successful registration, an application number and password will be sent to the registered email id.
Candidates should use these login details to fill up the application form details like personal, academic qualifications, and communication address.
While filling out the application form, candidates are allowed to choose up to 10 subjects for giving the exam. They also have to choose three exam city options as per their choice.
Upload the scanned images of a passport-size photograph, and signature in a specified format.
Make the payment of the required application fee through online mode.
Take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for future use.

The application fee can be paid through online mode using a debit card, credit card, and net banking payment gateway. Candidates can check the course-wise application fee for different categories from the section below.

CUET Exam Pattern
The authority will organize the entrance exam in 13 languages i.e., Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Odiya, Assamese, Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi, English, and Urdu.
The exam will be held in online mode only. There will be four sections in the CUET UG Exam namely Section IA, Section IB, Section II (Domain specific), & Section III (General Test).
Candidates can opt for any 3 languages from Section IA & Section IB together.
From section II, Candidates may choose a maximum of 6 Subjects out of 27 subjects.

CUET Syllabus 2024
The syllabus for CUET will consist of various topics from the related previous academic syllabus. The CUET Syllabus for UG will cover the topics studied in the 11th and 12th class syllabus and for PG courses, the syllabus will be based on the subjects taught at the undergraduate level. CUET Admit Card 2024
The NTA will release the admit card for CUET 2024 through online mode in June 2024 (tentatively). Candidates who registered for the exam will be able to download the admit card from the official website link by entering their login details.
The CUET Hall ticket includes the important details related to the exam such as the candidate’s roll number & name, exam venue, date, time, and important instructions related to the exam. CUET admit card is an important document to carry at the examination centre.
CUET Answer key 2024
The authority will release the CUET Answer key a few days after the completion of the exam. The answer key will be available online. With the help of the answer key, candidates will be able to check the correct answers to the questions asked in CUET Exam.
In case of issues with the provisional answer key, candidates will be allowed to raise objections within the specified time. After evaluating all the objections, the NTA will release the final answer key. The result be prepared based on the final answer key.
CUET Result 2024
It is expected that the result will be announced tentatively in April 2024. The result will be available through online mode. To download/check the result, candidates need to enter their login details such as registration number and password.
The result will consist of details like merit rank secured, candidate’s marks scored in each subject, and their qualifying status. Candidates should take the printout of the scorecard and keep it safe till the admission process is over.
CUET Cut off marks 2024
The authority will release the CUET 2024 cutoff marks soon after the announcement of the result. The cutoff marks will be released through online mode. The CUET cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to score to be eligible for the admission process.
Cut-off will be decided by the authority after considering various factors such as the number of test takers, the difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, previous year cutoff marks, etc. The cut-off marks may vary for different courses and universities.
CUET Counselling 2024
The process of counselling will be organized separately by each participating university. Qualified candidates will be called for counselling process based on their merit rank. The candidates should visit the official website of the CUET participating universities to participate in the counselling process as they have to register online for CUET counselling.
While registering for counselling, candidates also have to select the desired course within the given period. Candidates must bring their important documents at the time of counselling. The process of counselling will include stages like online registration, choice filling, fee payment, documents verification & some more steps.
