Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying admission to BA-LLB (Hons), LLM courses. The eligibility criteria for Dibrugarh University BA LLB (Hons)/LLM courses are listed below:

For 5- Year Integrated BA-LLB (Hons):

Interested candidates must have completed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination with no less than 45% in aggregate marks (40% in case of candidates from SC/ST/OBC category)

LL.M Courses:

For LLM Admission, Candidates need pass three year LLB or five year BA-LLB (Hons) degree course with no less than 50% marks in aggregate from the university/institute recognized by University Grants Commission and Bar Council of India (BCI).

The candidates appearing in final year examination of the above said courses can also apply. However, at the time of admission they should produce the passing certificate/mark sheet in original.

Dibrugarh University Integrated BA LLB (Hons.)/LLM Admission 2022 Application form: How to apply?

Candidates can download the application form along with the copy of prescribed Bank Challan from the university’s official website at www.dibru.ac.in. Most probably, the Dibrugarh University will release the application form in the month of May 2022. Candidates are advised to fill all the required details in the application form carefully. For the successful submission of application form, candidates have to pay Rs.500/- as the applicable application fee at any branch of the Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India using the prescribed Bank Challan available with the Application Form.

Submit the duly filled in Application Form completed in all respects along with self-attested copies of all concerned documents and University Copy of Fee Deposit slip at the Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University on or before the due date.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates to above said courses will be done on the basis of merit decided through a written test to be organized by the University itself. Selected candidates will have to appear before admission committee at the Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University along with all original documents, mark sheets and other requirements as per scheduled date and time.
