Applicants should have done B.Sc Degree in Microbiology / Agriculture / Botany / Biotechnology/ Biochemistry and Zoology from a recognized institute/ university scoring minimum qualifying marks.

Gauhati University M.Sc Microbiology Application process

Application form of Gauhati University M.Sc Microbiology along with information brochure will be obtainable the Gauhati University Publication department (GUPD) on the payment of Rs. 300/-. Besides, candidates are allowed to download the GU M.Sc Microbiology application form from the university’s official website at www.gauhati.ac.in. Submit the duly filled in downloaded application along with the demand draft of Rs.300/-as necessary application fee. The University will organize an entrance exam for offering admission to M.Sc Microbiology course. Thus, candidates have to pay Rs.200/- as entrance test fee. The exam fee can be paid through demand draft drawn in favor of “Registrar, Gauhati University”, payable at SBI. It should be noted that application form will be available only after the official announcement.
