Haryana ITI Admission 2022
Haryana ITI admission 2022 will be conducted by the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana to select the candidates for different technical and non-technical trades offered by the ITI’s in the state. Interested candidates need to apply for admission by filling the online registration form. The department will most probably be releasing the form in the 1st week of July 2022. Admission in different ITI trades will be subjected to the marks secured by the candidates in the concerned qualifying examination.

Haryana ITI admission 2022-Highlights
- The application form for admission in Haryana ITI can only be filled once. Multiple applications will summarily be rejected by the department.
- Candidates need to submit the form on or before the due date specified by the authority to avoid the last-minute rush or technical error.
- The trades where minimum eligibility is class 8th, preference will be given to those who have passed class 10th in case they apply for the same trades.
- Candidates once enrolled in trades under the craftsman training scheme cannot apply for admission in other institutes.
- Admission in all government and private ITIs will be carried out through the counselling procedure which will be held in three to four rounds.
- A candidate can at maximum fill 15 choices at the time of counselling depending on his/her eligibility status.
- Preference for admission in the first three rounds of counselling will be given to the candidates belonging to Haryana. Candidates from other states will be considered for admission in the subsequent rounds.

Application form
To apply for ITI admission in Haryana, candidates need to fill the online form available on the official website i.e. www.itiharyana.gov.in. They are required to register for admission using their email ID and phone number. The registration details will be sent to the candidates on their mobile number and email. Using these details, candidates need to login into the website to fill the application form. The form will ask for details such as – name, gender, date of birth, religion, class 10th marks, percentage, address, etc.
Candidates are required to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the form. They should check their details carefully before making the final submission of their application. No correction window will be provided to them once the form is submitted successfully. If at any stage, the information given by the candidates is found to be misleading, then the candidature of that candidate will be cancelled. Such candidates won’t be considered for Haryana ITI admission. Incomplete applications or those received without the application fee will be rejected by the authority.
Application fee:
- General category candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- as the application fee and SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- for the same.
- Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
- Payment of the application fee can be made through online mode using the credit card, debit card and net banking.
Eligibility criteria- Haryana ITI admission 2022
Candidates interested in pursuing admission in courses offered in ITI trades need to fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by the authority. Here are the conditions that they must satisfy in order to be considered for Haryana ITI admission-
Nationality and Domicile: Indian Nationals who are domicile of Haryana can apply.
Age Criteria: A candidate should not be less than 14 years old as on 1st August 2021. Candidate belonging to the reserved category can claim relaxation in age as per the rules. No upper age limit is decided by the department for enrollment into trades offered by ITI, Haryana.
Engineering trades
- Architectural assistance: Candidates should have passed class X under 10+2 system with minimum of 40% independently in Science and Mathematics.
- Carpenter: Applicants should have passed class 8th from a recognized board.
- Computer hardware and network maintenance: Candidates should have passed class 10th with Science and Maths as subjects.
- Draughtsman (civil): Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its equivalent.
- Electrician: Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its equivalent.
- Fitter: Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its equivalent.
- Foundry man technician: Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its equivalent.
- Geo-informatics assistant: Passed class 12th from a recognized board with Mathematics or Physics as subject of study.
- Information communication technology system maintenance: Passed class 10th with Science and Maths as subjects of study.
Non-engineering trades
- Basic cosmetology: Passed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
- Catering and hospitality assistant: Candidates should have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
- Computer-aided embroidery and designing: Applicants should have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
- Computer operator and programming assistant: Candidates should have completed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
- Dental laboratory technician: Candidates should have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
- Dress-making: Passed 10th class under 10+2 system of examination from a recognized board.
- Fashion design and technology: Candidates should have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board.
Admission procedure and counselling
- Once a candidate is done with the registration, two separate state-level merit list will be drawn by the department to shortlist the candidates for admission.
- One merit list will be prepared for the courses where minimum requirement is class 10th and other will be prepared for the candidates who have passed class 12th
- Candidates shortlisted as per the merit list will be invited to attend the online counselling procedure.
- They need to fill their preferred choice of course and institute during the counselling. Once the choices are selected, they need to lock the choices.
- The department will allocate the seats to the candidates based on the choices filled by them.
- Candidates need to download the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted institute as per the date and time specified in the allotment letter.
- They must bring their original documents at the institute allotted to them for document verification.
