IBPS Clerk 2024: Application Form, Exam Date, Exam Pattern, Syllabus, Eligibility
The candidates can apply for IBPS Clerk 2024 examination in order to get recruited at the post of clerk in reputed banks of the country. Two exams will be conducted for the same- preliminary and main and the candidates qualifying them both will be considered for recruitment. Other factors such as cut-off, vacancies, reservation criteria, fulfillment of eligibility will also be considered while selecting the candidates. Interested candidates will be able to apply for the exams from the month of June 2024.

- Registration number generated during the application process must be kept safe as it will be used for further login.
- Issuance of offer of appointment, formalities for verification, joining etc. is solely the decision of the Participating Organizations.

Eligibility Criteria
The following criteria for eligibility must be fulfilled by the applying candidates:
Nationality:
- A candidate who is citizen of India or subject of Nepal/ Bhutan is eligible.
- Person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam for permanently settling in India can also apply.
- Tibetan Refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 for permanently settling in India are eligible too.
Qualification:
- The candidates must hold a graduation degree on the day he/she registers for the exam.
Age limit:
The minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 28 years.
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the candidates as per the following:

IBPS Clerk 2024 Application Form
The application form for IBPS Clerk 2024 will be released on the official website www.ibps.in. No other mode other than online will be provided for submitting the application.
- At first, the candidates will have to register themselves to generate registration number and password.
- Using the registration number and password, the candidates can fill their application form.
- To fill the application form, the candidates will have to provide their basic personal and educational details.
- Candidates will also have to upload their photograph and signature in the form in scanned format.
- After providing the important details in the application form, it can be submitted with the prescribed application fee.
- A printout of the application form duly-filled and submitted must be kept by the candidates in case of future correspondence.

- Numerical Ability: Number Series, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency Simplification, Approximation, Quadratic Equations, etc
- Reasoning Ability: Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Causes & Effects, Seating Arrangements, Syllogism, Order and Ranking, Direction Sense
- Computer Knowledge: Introduction to Computer Organization, History and Generation of Computers, Computer Languages, Operating System, Internet, etc

Admit Card
- The admit card/ call letter for IBPS Clerk exam will be released on the official IBPS website.
- Separate call letters will be released for preliminary exam and main exam.
- Candidates will be able to download the admit card using their registration number and password/ date of birth.
- A hard copy of the admit card must be taken out and carried to the exam center.
- The address, date and time for both preliminary and main exams will be intimated via the respective admit card.
- No candidate will be allowed to take their exam without a valid admit card.
Result & Provisional Allotment
- Result of both preliminary and main exam will be declared in online mode.
- The candidates who clear the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear in the main exam. Those qualifying both exams will be considered for provisional allotment.
- However, a minimum score in each test of main exam and also a minimum total score is required to be considered for further process.
- Allotment of the candidates will be done on the basis of their preference and vacancies available.
- No request for change in the provisionally allotted organization will be entertained.
- While reporting for joining, the candidates should carry their important documents in original and self-attested photocopies.
