IGNOU Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are different for admission to various courses. We have discussed the eligibility criteria for admission to some of the most common courses as given below.

For IGNOU B.Ed. Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Aspirants should have a minimum of 50% marks either in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanity.

IGNOU M.Ed. Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Candidates should have a B.Ed. Degree with at least 55% with a minimum of  2 years teaching/professional experience in a Government/ Government recognized school/NCTE recognized teacher education/research institution in education.

IGNOU BCA Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board of education.

Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU MCA 2022

• Aspirants need to have a bachelor’s degree of a minimum 3-year duration  from a recognized University and Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or graduation level.

• Applicants must have a B.Sc. Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration or 3-year Diploma from NCHMCT

M.Sc. in Mathematics with Applications in Computer Sciences

• Candidates who have completed graduation from a recognized University/Institution with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible.

IGNOU M.Com. Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Candidates should have completed graduation with relevant subjects from a recognized university.

M.Com in Finance and Taxation

• Any graduate or candidates who are pursuing CA Final can apply.

IGNOU M.L.I.Sc Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Candidates must have B.L.I.Sc. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

Master of Social Work (MSW)

• Aspirants need to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

IGNOU B.Com Eligibility Criteria 2022

• In order to pursue a general B.Com from IGNOU, candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board of education.
• Non 10+2 candidates can also apply if they have completed Bachelors Preparatory Programme (BPP) from a recognized university.

IGNOU BBA Eligibility Criteria 2022

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board of education.
• The age of a candidate should be more than 18 years as on 1st January 2022 in case of BBA in service management.

IGNOU Application Form 2022

The application form for IGNOU Admission 2022 has been released in online mode. Those who want to apply need to fill and submit the application form through the official website. The complete process of application form submission is explained in the following points.

• First of all, you need to visit the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
• On the official website, you will have to click on the “Click here for new registration” button.
• In order to register, you need to provide the following details – UserName, Applicant’s Full name, Applicant’s Email Address, Password, Mobile Number, etc.
• Click on the “Register” button once you are done entering the registration details.
• After that, the new application form will appear on your screen.
• In the main application form, you will have to provide your complete educational, personal, and contact details.
• The details entered in the application form should be accurate. Otherwise, the application form can get rejected.
• Along with the details, it is compulsory for all aspirants to upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, and other educational certificates.
• It is also necessary for applicants to pay the necessary fee while filling the form.

Admit Card

• As you can see, IGNOU will conduct an entrance exam for admission to some of the courses. IGNOU will release the admit cards for all those candidates who will fill and submit the application form before the last date.
• To download the admit card/ hall ticket, candidates have to provide their registration details.
• The information related to the date, time, and venue of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
