MGU CAT 2022: Application Form, Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria
Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala is going to organize common admission test i.e. MGU CAT 2022 probably in June 2022. Eligibility criteria for MGU CAT
Candidates seeking admission to postgraduate courses through MGU CAT 2022 must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria for MGU CAT 2022 are as follows:

| 3. | MA Politics & Human Rights, Politics & International Relations, Politics (Public Policy & Governance) | Should have passed bachelor’s degree in Politics/ Economics/ Law / History/ with at least 45% mark.
Or Degree in English / Psychology/ Geography/Sociology / Anthropology / Philosophy/commerce with at least 50% marks. Or Should be graduated in Science with minimum of 60% marks. |

MGU CAT 2022 Application form: How to apply?
The University will release MGU CAT 2022 Application form online probably in the month of April 2022. Applicants should submit only one application for appearing in entrance test and for giving choices for admission. If candidates have submitted more than one application form then their candidature will be cancelled automatically. Fill the details correctly in the application form without attempting any mistake. Applicants are advised to complete the admission formalities on or before the specified deadline. Incomplete and application form received after due date will not be considered.
Application Fee
- For General /open category candidates: Rs. 500/-
- In case of SC/ST category: Rs.250/-
Mode of payment
Payment of said fee can be made through online mode using various payment gateways like debit card/ credit card/net banking. Note: In case of candidates, who are unable to pay fee through online mode, can make the fee payment through the Akshaya centres in the state.
Admit card
The university will release MGU CAT 2022 admit card online most likely in the month of May 2022. Candidates who registered successfully can download the admit card through visiting the official website of the University. Admit card will consist of candidate’s name, roll number, exam venue, and examination timing etc. All candidates should bring admit card while appearing in the examination centre.
MGU CAT 2022 Result
Most likely, the result of MGU CAT will be announced online in the month of June 2022 on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University. The university will publish the MGU CAT 2022 after the announcement of result.
Counselling
Selected candidates, who qualify the exam, will be called for counselling process. The process of counselling will be organized via offline mode by the university most probably in July 2022. Short -listed should appear in the counselling round as per their rank. It is must for all candidates to report at the specified venue as per the schedule date and time to participate in the counselling process.
