MP SET Eligibility Criteria 2022
Those candidates who are looking to apply must make sure that they meet the following eligibility criteria.
Age Limit
- There is no upper or lower age limit in order to apply for MP SET.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates need to have a master’s degree in relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for reserved category) from a recognized university.
- Those candidates who are studying in the final year of Master’s degree examination are also eligible to apply
MP SET 2022 Application Form
The application process of MP SET 2022 will take place in online mode only. Those who are looking to apply need to follow the steps mentioned below.
- First of all, you will have to visit the official website of MP PSC i.e. Mppsc.nic.in.
- To access the main application form, you will have to register by entering a few of your basic details.
- The details that you need to enter at the time of the registration are name, email address, phone number, etc.
- Once registered, you will have to sign in and access the main application form.
- In the main application form, you need to enter your complete educational, personal, and contact details.
- Make sure you enter accurate details only. Entering incorrect details in the application form can result in the rejection of the form.
- In the application form, it is also necessary for candidates to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature.
- Apart from this, candidates also need to pay the required application fee online.
- Finally, take a printout of the application form submitted and keep it safe for future requirements.
Application Fee
The application fees are different for candidates from various categories.
- General – Rs. 1200/-
- OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD – 600/-
Mode of payment – The application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.
Admit Card
- The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will release admit cards on the official website i.e. mppsc.nic.in.
- To download the admit card, candidates will have to enter their registration details.
- Information about the date, time and venue of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card.
- Along with the admit card, it is necessary for all candidates to carry their original photo ID proof.

MP SET 2022 Answer Key
- The exam authority will publish the answer key soon after the exam on the official website.
- With the help of these answer keys, candidates will be able to get a rough idea about the marks they are going to score.
- In case a candidate is not satisfied with the result then he/ she can challenge the same by paying
- The final answer key will released by the authority after considering all the challenges.
- Please note that the exam authority will prepare the result of the basis of the final answer. It is not possible to challenge the final answer key.
Result
- The exam authority will publish the result online through the official website.
- To check the result, you will have to enter your roll number and other details.
- The number of candidates to be qualified (total slots) for Eligibility for Assistant Professor shall be equal to 6% of the candidates who appeared in both the papers of MP SET.
- The minimum marks that a candidate need to score in order to clear MP SET 2022 examination depends upon his/ her category.

- Other reserved categories – 35% marks
