mptetMadhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MP PEB) is the authority that holds the responsibility of conducting the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MP TET). This exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates who are looking to work as a teacher in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Interested and eligible candidates who want to apply need to fill and submit the application form in online mode. The duration of this exam is 150 minutes. MPTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

It is mandatory for all candidates to make sure that they are eligible before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria for MP TET 2022 are given below.

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent with at least 50% marks. Plus, aspirants also need to have a diploma in elementary education of 2 years duration. Or
  • Aspirants must have completed graduation and B. Ed. with at least 50% marks from a recognized institute/ university. Or
  • Candidates should have scored at least 45% marks at 10+2 level. Apart from this, candidates also need to have 2 years diploma in elementary education. Or
  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks. Along with this, aspirants should have 4 years bachelor’s in elementary education degree. Or
  • Applicants should have passed 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks with 2 year diploma in education (Special education). or
  • Aspirants must have completed graduation with 2 years diploma in elementary education.

Note: Candidates from SC/ ST/ OBC and PwD categories will get a relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks.

MPTET 2022 Application Form

The application form for MP TET 2022 examination will be made available in online mode only. Those interested and eligible candidates who want to apply need to visit the official website in order to access the application form. Completed details related to the application form submission are given below.

  • To start the process of application form submission, aspirants have to visit the official website and begin registration.
  • At the time of registration, candidates have to provide their basic details like name, email address, and phone number.
  • Next, aspirants have to sign-in using the login credentials generated at the time of registration.
  • After that, the main application form will appear on the screen of candidates.
  • Next, candidates are required to provide their completed educational, personal, and contact details in the application form.
  • Along with the details, aspirants are also required to provide scanned images of their photograph and signature.
  • It is also compulsory for all candidates to pay the necessary application fee.
  • It is recommended that applicants must keep a copy of the application form submitted safely for future requirements.

Application Fee

The application fees for candidates of different categories are as follows.

Mode of payment: The application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking. Apart from this, candidates can also pay the fees offline through Kiosk center.

Note: Aspirants paying the fees through Kiosk need to pay portal fees of Rs. 60/-. Apart from this, candidates submitting for through registered citizen user need to pay portal fees of Rs. 20/-.

Admit Card

  • Those candidates who will fill and submit the application form before the last date will be able to download the admit card.
  • In order to download admit card, aspirants have to provide their registration details.
  • Admit card will contain important information like the date, time, and venue of the examination.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre without an admit card.
  • Candidates have to affix their photographs on the admit card. The photograph should bear candidate’s name and date on the front of the lower part of the photograph. Please note that the photograph should not be older than 3 months.
  • Apart from the admit card, it is also necessary for all candidates to make sure that they carry one photo ID proof at the time of the exam.

Answer key

  • Soon after the examination, the exam authority will release provisional answer keys on the official website.
  • With the help of answer keys, candidates will be able to match their answers with the correct ones.
  • In case any candidate is not satisfied with the answer key then he/she can challenge the same.
  • The exam authority will release the final answer key after considering all the challenges.

MP TET 2022 Result 

  • Those candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to check their result online through the official website.
  • To check the result, aspirants have to provide their roll number and other registration details.
  • Qualifying status and marks secured by candidates will be mentioned on the result card.
  • At least 60% marks (i.e. 90 marks out of 150) are required for a candidate to secure in order to clear the exam. 55% marks are required for an aspirant from SC/ ST categories.
