National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) offers a joint entrance examination (NIPER JEE 2022) for students seeking entry into its master’s and doctoral-level pharmaceutical studies (NIPER JEE ). NIPER aims to become a major center for PG studies and research in the pharmaceutical sciences through its own means.
NIPER has been designated by the Indian government as a ‘Institute of National Importance,’ according to a statement. After passing the NIPER JEE 2022, candidates will be eligible to apply to several programs, including M.Pharm, M.Tech., (Pharm.), M.S. (Pharm.), MBA (Pharm.), and Ph.D.

About NIPER JEE 2022 Exam
As of this year, the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Joint Entrance Test (NIPER JEE) is a computer-based exam that is used to select students for postgraduate programs in pharmacy. For the exam, NIPER is the certifying organization. The test lasts for two hours and is only available in English.
More than 800 students are expected to enroll in NIPER’s several campuses throughout India, including the Mohali, Raebareli, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Guwahati campuses. NIPER used to have about 650 seats available for all of its programs up to 2019. There is no way for candidates to change exam centers once they have selected one from a list of available options.

Eligibility for NIPER JEE 2022
For the Master’s Degree:
- It is required that candidates have an M.Pharm or M.Sc. (Biological Sciences), an equivalent degree such as B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) or an M.Sc. (Organic/Analytical Chemistry/Life Sciences/Botany), or an M.Sc (Organic/Analytical Chemistry/Life Sciences/Botany).
- In order to be considered, applicants must achieve at least 60 percent in the above qualifying test in the general and OBC categories, 55 percent in the SC/ST category and 60 percent in the Physically Handicapped candidates category.
- Those who are in their last year of undergraduate study may also apply.
For Pharmacy Ph.D. Programs:
- Applicants must hold a master’s or doctorate degree in pharmacy or a closely related field such as pharmacy technology or pharmacy science.
- Applicants must achieve at least 60% in the above qualifying test for the general and OBC categories, 55% for the SC/ST category, and 60% for the Physically Handicapped applicants.

Procedure for Admission to the NIPER JEE 2022 Examination
In order to acquire a seat at NIPER through either of the entry tests, the entire admissions process must be followed. Filling out an application and paying the entrance fee are the first steps in the procedure. Below is a summary of the admissions procedure:
- To complete the application process, applicants must complete the online registration form by providing their contact information, academic information, and a current passport-sized photo and scanned signature.
- At least ten or seven days before the test, the conducting authority will provide the admission card, which applicants must download and print out.
- To take the admission test, applicants must go to the designated location at the designated time and day. Only those who have a physical copy of their admission card will be permitted inside the test room.
- Prior to a personal interview, candidates are required to attend a counseling session in which they will be assigned seats based on their merit.
- Candidates must pay the entrance fee and tuition fee at the appointed institutes and attend the classes on the scheduled dates after the seats are allocated.
How to Apply for the NIPER JEE Exam?
NIPER will begin taking applications for the NIPER JEE 2022 exam in the first week of April in the following year. In order to apply, candidates need to follow the procedures outlined below:
- Visit the NIPER website at www.niper.nic.in to learn more.
- Create a new username and password by clicking on the “register” link.
- Registration is complete after the candidate clicks the link that was emailed to their registered email address.
- Candidates are required to fill out the whole application form, including their name, address, date of birth, father’s name, and the category and subject for which they wish to apply.
- It is necessary for applicants to submit an application fee after completing the application form.
- Credit or debit cards, Net banking, or E-Challan are all acceptable methods of payment for the application cost.
- Candidate must now submit and begin a digital signature on a confirmation page that appears after the money has been made
- Candidates must now provide a digital signature and a passport-sized photo along with verification of their photo ID and address, as well as proof of their tenth and twelfth grade marks, a reservation certificate, a medical certificate, and a valid scorecard from the GATE, GPAT, or NET exam.
- Print off a copy of the completed application form for future use.

Admit Card
The following part contain all the information a student needs to know about the NIPER JEE 2022 Admit Card:
- Candidates must visit the university’s official website to obtain their admission card.
- The candidate’s name, roll number, signature, and photographs will all be included on the admit card, as will the exam timetable and location information, among other things.
- In order to take tests, candidates must present their valid Original Admit Cards with ID evidence, and if they don’t, they won’t be able to enter the examination room.
- Only those candidates who completed their application form on time will be allowed to see their admission card.
- The candidate should maintain their admit card in a secure place since it will be needed both on the exam day and during the application procedure.
Result
By accessing the official website, candidates will be able to view and download their NIPER exam 2022 scorecard/result, which will be in PDF format. The scorecard/result will only be available online, and no hard copies will be mailed out. On July 9, 2022, the accrediting authority announced the results of the NIPER test 2022 on its website.

- Candidates may find their AIR by searching for their Application Number using Ctrl+F, which will display the results in PDF format on the screen.
Counseling
- After the results are revealed, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and group discussion.
- A fresh merit list will be released based on the combined scores from the online exam, interview, and community discussion.
- In 2022, those who have been selected for further consideration will be able to begin counseling sessions.
- During the counseling process, students will be asked to list their top college choices on a form.

Centers for NIPER JEE 2022 Exams
If a sufficient number of registrations are not detected in a particular city, the conducting authority may change the centers. Furthermore, if a candidate travels, the conducting body would not have a trip allowance (TA) or a regular allowance (DA) (DA). Candidate costs are their own and NIPER bears no responsibility for them.
