SBI PO 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Those are in the final year/semester of Graduation are also eligible, however they have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before the notified deadline in the SBI PO 2022 brochure.
Age Limit (As on 1st April 2022)
The age of a candidate should not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 1st April 2022. It means they must have been born not later than 01.04.1999 and not earlier than 02.04.1990 (both days inclusive). Relaxations in the upper age would be given in the following way:

SBI PO 2022 Application Form
The application forms will be available from the official website of SBI. The applicants can apply online from the website itself. They have to enter all the genuine details as required in the application form such as academic details, personal details, contact details etc. The applicants also need to upload the scanned images of their photograph & signature. To complete the application process, application fee also has to be paid.

Login, Fill Application & Upload Documents
- You need to login to your account by providing information like your registration ID, date of birth and password.
- Further, you’ll be asked to upload your signature and photograph in the prescribed format. The size of the photograph should be in between 20 to 50 Kb and signature should be in between 10 to 20 Kb and both the images should be in JPEG format.

SBI PO 2022 Selection Process
SBI PO 2022 selection process has three majors stages- Prelims, Mains and Interview. Each round is compulsory to qualify to enter into the next round.
Stage 1: Preliminary Exam
- There will be 3 sections- English Language, Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability.
- There will be total 100 questions of MCQ type.
- The examination will be held in online mode.
- The duration of the examination will be 1 hour.
- There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Stage II- Mains Exam
Section 1: Objective Test
- There will be 4 sections in the question paper- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness & English Language.
- There will be total 150 questions of 200 marks.
- The examination will be held in online mode.
- The duration of the examination will be 3 hour.
- There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

Section 2: Descriptive Test: There will be 2 questions of 50 marks in this section. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) of 30 minutes duration.
Stage III: Interview and Group Exercises
The third stage includes (i)Interview only (50 marks) OR (ii)Interview(30marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks).
Candidates have to qualify both the stages Stage II and Stage III separately. The marks obtained in Stage II both in objective test & descriptive test will be added to Stage III marks for the final merit list.
