SSC CGL 2021: The Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) every year for the recruitment of candidates for Grade “B” and “C” category in the several Ministries, Departments and Subordinate Offices. SSC CGL 2021 Important Dates
We have given the tentative dates of SSC CGL 2021 which is subject to be updated after the release of SSC CGL notification for the year 2021-22:

Eligibility Criteria for SSC CGL 2022
Below provided information is the detail about SSC CGL eligibility criteria. We advise aspirants to read these details before they apply for the entrance exam. Applications of only eligible candidates will be accepted by the admission authority.
The age of candidates for SSC CGL should be in between 20 years to 30 years. Age relaxation will be applicable according to the Government norms.
SSC CGL 2021 Application Form
Eligible candidates will be able to obtain the SSC CGL application form online from the official website of Staff Selection Commission. For the successful application, candidates will have to make the payment of application fee amounting Rs.100/-. The amount can be paid by using the SBI challan/debit card/credit card/net banking. If you belong to SC/ST/Female/PH/Ex-S category then you will be exempted from paying the application fee.
SSC CGL 2021 Exam Pattern
Candidates may find below the information regarding the exam pattern for Tier 1, 2 and 3.
Exam Pattern for Tier 1
- SSC CGL is an objective type test and it will be conducted in online mode.
- There will be 100 questions of 200 marks asked from General Intelligence & Reasoning; General Awareness / General knowledge; Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension.
- 50 marks will be deducted from the total marks acquired by candidates for every incorrect answer.
Exam Pattern of Tier 2
- Tier 2 is also an objective type test which will be conducted online.
- Questions are to be asked from Quantitative Ability (paper 1); English Language and Comprehension (paper 2); Statistics (paper 3) and General Studies (Finance & Economics) (paper 4).
- Paper 1 & 2 has been made compulsory to all the posts, whereas, paper 3 is designed for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr. II” & “Compiler” and Paper-4is “Assistant Audit Officer”.
Exam Pattern of Tier 3
- SSC CGL tier 3 is a descriptive type test which will be conducted in offline mode.
- Candidates will be asked to write Essay / Précis / Letter / Application Writing etc.
