Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below to be eligible for Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students 2024:
- SC students who are pursuing their studies beyond class 12th are eligible for this scholarship.
- Total annual family income of the candidates from all sources should not exceed Rs. 6 lakhs.
- The scholarship will become payable immediately after the commencement of classes in the institute in which the student secured admission.
Application Process
- Candidates can apply for this scholarship online by visiting the National Scholarship Portal.
- In the form, basic personal and academic details of the candidates will be asked.
- Scanned copies of important documents should also be uploaded into the application form.
- Duly-filled application form, correct and complete in all manners, can then be submitted online.

Selection Procedure
- Selection of the SC candidates for awarding the scholarship will be done on the basis of their merit.

Rate of scholarship
- Full tuition fee and non-refundable charges: Up to Rs. 2 lakhs per annum for private sector institutions and Rs. 3.72 lakhs per annum for private sector flying clubs
- Living expenses to the beneficiary: Rs 2200/- per month
- Books & stationery: Rs. 3000/- per annum
- Charges for laptop, UPS, printer, etc: Rs. 45000/- (one time)
