UPSEE /AKTU 2022: UPCET 2022 Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Exam Date
UPSEE 2022 got scrapped, BTech admission would be based on JEE Main, BArch through NATA and other courses through CUET.
A state-level entrance exam UPSEE 2022 will be conducted to select the candidates for admissions into different colleges situated in Uttar Pradesh. The exam has been renamed to Uttar Pradesh Common Entrance Test (UPCET) and it is now conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The admissions will be offered in the field of engineering, technology, management, pharmacy, etc.Candidates from all over the country can submit their application for admissions hopefully from the month of January 2022. UPCET 2022 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and the question paper will be of objective type. UPSEE 2022 Application Form
The interested candidates can apply online for UPSEE 2022. The application form will be released on the official website https://upcet.nta.nic.in/ hopefully in the month of January 2022. The last date of application will be March 2022.
- The candidates will have to fill the form providing the personal details such as name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, email id, phone number, etc, and academic details such as passing year, marks scored, etc.
- The candidates will also have to upload the scanned copies of their photograph and signature into the form.
- The choice of course and the exam center will also be provided in the form.
- After providing all the information as asked in the application form, the candidates can submit it along with the required application fee.
- The candidates should take a printout of the application form and keep it safe with them, in case of future use.
- There is no need to send this printout to the UPTU office.
Application fee:
- The payment of application fees can be done via credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ wallets.
- The application fee once submitted will not be refunded.
- The candidates must print the fee receipt once successful payment is made.

UPCET Application Form Correction
The online correction facility for mistakes in UPCET 2022 application form will be active in between 4th week of March 2022 to 1st week of April 2022. Only successfully registered candidates will be able to make corrections in between the given timeline at the official website of NTA. No corrections would be allowed once the deadline is over.
Please note the correction facility is allowed for limited fields only. Hence, candidates are requested to be extra careful while filling the application form.
AKTU 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Please confirm your eligibility before you proceed with UPSEE application form:
Age:
- There will be no age criteria for the candidates appearing in UPSEE 2022.
Domicile:
- The candidates whose parents are a domicile of UP or have passed their qualifying exam from UP based institution can apply. Such candidates can claim the benefit of reservation.
- The candidates who do not fulfill the above condition can still apply for UPSEE 2022 but will not be given any reservation benefit.
Education qualification:
- For B.Tech/ B.Des/ B.Arch/ B.Pharma/ BHMCT/ BFAD/ BFA/ MBA (Integrated)/ MCA (Integrated): The candidates should have passed their class 12th or equivalent exam form a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates).
- For MBA/ MCA: The candidates should have passed their graduation with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST) in aggregate. Pass in mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level is mandatory for MCA.
- For B.Tech/ B.Pharma (lateral entry): A diploma in relevant field is required with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidates).
- For MCA (lateral entry): Candidates with BCA or B.Sc (IT/ Computer Science) degree with 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ ST) are eligible.

UPSEE Syllabus 2022
The syllabus will depend on the paper for which the candidate is applying. For UG degree programmes, the syllabus will cover topics from 10+2 level and for PG degree programmes, the syllabus will comprise the topics studied at the graduation level. - The candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be called for counseling.
UPSEE Counseling 2022
- The shortlisted candidates will be invited for counseling process on the basis of their merit.
- The intimation regarding the counseling will be provided through newspapers and official website.
