VITEEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria given below in order to appear for the VITEEE 2022 exam.

Nationality

• The candidate must be a Resident / Non Resident Indian National/PIO/OCI holder
• It should be noted that PIO/OCI candidates must have studied in schools located in India in the preceding two years.

Educational Qualification

• The applicant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams with 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology.
• For SC/ST candidates, the marks required in the qualifying exam is 50%.
• The marks required in the qualifying exam is 50% for the candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.

Age Limit

• The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years as on 1^st July 2022.

VITEEE 2022 Application Form

The application form for VITEEE 2022 exam will be available in both online and offline mode.

• In online mode, the candidates can apply through the official website i.e. vit.ac.in.
• The offline application form can be obtained from the post offices listed on the official website and from the VIT campus as well.
• The candidates have to provide all the required educational, personal and contact details in the application form.
• The offline application form must be submitted through the registered post or speed post to the university office.
• The online application must be submitted through the website before the last date.
• The candidates should keep the hard copy of a submitted application form for future reference.

Mode of payment

• In online mode, the candidates have to pay the application fee through the online payment gateways using a credit card, debit card or net banking.
• The application fee in offline mode can be paid using a demand draft to be drawn in favour of VIT University’, payable at the respective campuses.

VITEEE 2022 Slot Booking and Exam Centers

VITEEE 2022 Admit Card

Vellore Institute of Technology is going to make VITEEE 2022 admit card live at its official website. The official date for the availability of VITEEE admit card will be updated soon. Applicants who have completed the slot booking process are eligible to download their respective admit card. Information such as exam date, timing, exam centre, exam-related instructions and other details will be available on your admit card. You won’t be allowed to take the exam without the availability of VITEEE admit card.

• The VITEEE Admit card 2022 will be available only in online mode through the official website.
• Please note that the admit card will be auto-generated as soon as the candidate book their slot for the exam.
• The copy of the admit card will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.

One can check his/her VITEEE 2022 result by visiting the official website of the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). You can check your score and rank in your VITEEE result card. It is only possible to check your result in online mode. You will be required to login to your account using your application number and password. Download your result and keep it safe for future use.

• Soon after the commencement of VITEEE exam, the candidates will be able to check their result online through the official website.

VITEEE 2022 Cutoff

VITEEE 2022 cutoff will be released once the counselling process is over. Please make a note that the university does not release cut off marks for any programme. The closing rank for engineering admission is considered as the cutoff for VITEEE 2022. Candidates are assigned a percentile rank based on their performance in the exam.
