BVP CET 2022: Application Form(Live), Syllabus, Eligibility, Exam Pattern, Dates
Bharati Vidyapeeth University has released BVP CET 2022 application for admission in various UG and PG courses provided by it. For admission in these courses, candidates need to appear for BVP CET 2022 conducted by the university. Before heading over to the form, candidates need to make sure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions laid down by the authority. The exam will be conducted in OMR based mode where the candidates will be provided with a question booklet and OMR answer sheet to mark the answers. The number of questions will vary from paper to paper. Candidates will be given a total of 3 hours to complete the test except for MBA/MCA.

BVP CET 2022 – Highlights
- Candidates can apply for BVP CET only through the online mode. The authority will not release printed application form for submission in this regard.
- The form must be submitted on or before the due date specified by the authority to avoid rejection of the application.
- The application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam.
- For B.Tech admission: Candidates who have filled the application form online and whose name appear within the merit list of first 5000 will only be eligible for counselling process. The seats left vacant after that will be given to the candidates whose rank fall between 5001 and 8000.
- Admission in B.Arch program will strictly be given based on the NATA score obtained by the candidates.

Exam Pattern
Candidates can note down the exam pattern of BVP CET 2022 as provided below-
- Mode of the exam: Pen and Paper-based mode
- Duration: For MBA and MCA, total time of 2 hours 30 minutes will be given and for other, 3 hours will be given to complete the test.
- Language: English only
- Type of questions: Objective type questions
- Marking scheme: 1 mark will be given for each correct answer
- Negative marking: No penalty shall be given for marking incorrect answer.

BVP CET Syllabus 2022
The syllabus of BVP CET exam varies according to the course a candidate seeks admission into. For UG programs, the syllabus will typically be based on the curriculum prescribed at +2 level. Those seeking admission in PG programs need to study the relevant syllabus of the UG course. For example, candidates seeking admission in M.Tech are required to study the syllabus prescribed for concerned UG course. Applicants can check the complete syllabus from the prospectus available on the official website of the university.
BVP CET 2022 Application form
The application form for BVP CET 2022 can be filled online through the official website of the university. Applicants need to keep their documents handy along with the scanned photograph, and signature. They need to register themselves for the test and then fill the application form. The form will bear the details such as- personal details, educational details, work details (if applicable), payment details and other relevant information.
Candidates need to fill these details very carefully as no correction window will be provided to them once the form is submitted successfully. The information given by the candidates should match their official records. If at any stage, the details provided by the applicants are found to be incorrect then such candidates will be disqualified from taking the exam. The form must be submitted on time to avoid rejection. It is mandatory for the applicants to pay the necessary fee for the exam failing which their applications won’t be accepted by the authority.

BVP CET 2022 Eligibility criteria
Applicants can check their eligibility status from the criteria laid down by the authority give below-
- B.Tech: Candidates should have passed class 12th exam or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the given subjects-Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical vocational subjects and have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks. Those who have completed diploma in engineering from a recognized institute can also apply.
- BBA/BCA: Applicants should have passed class 12th exam from a recognized board.
- Pharma/ Pharma.D: Candidates should have passed class 12th exam or its equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical vocational subject and secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. Those who have done diploma in pharmacy can also apply for the test.
- BBA LLB: A pass in class 12th exam from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate is required.
- MBA: Candidates should have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Those appearing in the final year of their graduation degree program are also eligible to apply.
- MCA: Candidates should have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with mathematics as a subject of study at graduation level or class 12th They should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Admit card
- Candidates can download the admit card of BVP CET 2022 from the official website of the university.
- They need to keep the printout of the admit card and retain the same for further use.
- It is mandatory for the applicants to carry the admit card to the exam venue along with the valid ID proof.
- Failing to produce the admit card will disqualify the candidates from appearing in the exam.
- Any discrepancies in the admit card should be reported to the authority immediately so that the mistake can be rectified at the earliest.
Result and Counselling
- The authority will declare the result of the entrance test on its official website within a week after the commencement of the exam.
- Candidates can check their scores from the official website by entering their login credentials received at the time of registration for the exam.
- To shortlist the candidates for admission, the authority will publish a merit list based on the marks obtained by them in the exam.
- Those whose name appears in the merit list will be invited to attend the counselling procedure where a seat will be allotted to them.
